Big in size, flavor and popularity, the Hoosier Pork Tenderloin sandwich has been an Indiana icon since the early 1900s. It's estimated that at least 50% of the state's restaurants serve it. I've been to the reputed birthplace of the pork tenderloin sandwich (Nick's Kitchen in Huntington, Indiana), and theirs doesn't compare to Bro-Joe's. No brag, just fact.
